Find out what's really going on with users systems to understand and then attempt to replicate the difficulties users are experiencing. Instead of defensively looking for a support boundary to glibly push aside a user experiencing difficulty, try to help. But it's code: Bugs and conflicts happen. I would recommend you look at your own software's install log. The only reason an uninstall would ask about those is if the install log listed them as having been replaced or modified during install.
